Tauseef Tahir O.D.
|
Dr.
Tauseef Tahir is a graduate of the University of Illinois at
Champaign-Urbana and earned his doctorate degree from the Illinois
College of Optometry in 2002.
He has received specialized training in low vision, vision therapy,
disease and its management in various areas across the United
States. He was nationally recognized as the only member of the
graduating class of 2002 to receive the William Feinbloom Low Vision
Award showing excellence in training and patient care. He has
completed extensive training programs aimed at fitting of difficult
contact lens cases, glaucoma, retinal disease, diabetes, macular
degeneration management and pediatrics.
Dr. Tahir is an
avid radio control helicopter/airplane as well as a full scale
pilot. His other personal hobbies include CNC machining, metal
working, and woodworking.

Krista Thomasson O.D.
|
Dr.
Krista Thomasson received her Bachelor's degree from the University
of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana where she was a member of both the
Alpha Lambda Delta Freshman Honor
Society and the Golden Key International Honor Society. She
continued her education at the Illinois College of Optometry and
obtained her doctorate degree in 2002.
She continued her training in specialized fields across the United
States including vision therapy, pediatrics and advanced medicine.
She completed her training in prescribing and fitting challenging
contact lenses cases and advanced retinal disease including
diabetes, glaucoma, and macular degeneration care. |
