Learn Why Ashliee is so
Awesome!

I hope you are having a great day! I wanted to share this very exciting story with you regarding Ashliee, her vision, and contact lenses.
Ashliee’s mom had been to a few places looking for ways to help her little girl. During our meeting we determined the current methods of care were not suiting Ashliee’s needs. You see, Ashliee is very nearsighted in the right eye while seeing almost perfect with the left! In cases such as these the good seeing eye simply takes over and the poorer seeing eye becomes “lazy.” Poor vision, an eye which is out of alignment, and problems down the line are all possible with a lazy eye.
Ashliee’s case becomes even more complex. Due to difference in her eyesight regular glasses simply don’t work well. The difference between the two eyes is just to much to handle. With her previous glasses the focus was not right, vision was very poor, one lens was much thicker than the other, one eye looked much smaller, and Ashilee and her mom hated these things.
So what did we do? We fit Ashliee into a first class contact lens. Ashliees’s mom was excellent brave and confident! First we fit her mom into contacts so she could learn how to use and properly take care of them. Than we taught her how to place a contact lens in Ashliee’s eye! Mom takes the contacts in and out and Ashliee does great!
Best chance at vision, less chances of a lazy eye, and no more “one eye looking smaller”
because
of the original glasses and lenses.
Update: Ashiliee has worn her contact lens for about one month now and is doing great! Mom finds Ashliee is very responsible about her contact lens, her glasses and is very excited about her care. Other kids don’t comment on her eyes looking different sizes and Ashliee wears her glasses all of the time. Mom and dad are thrilled to see Ashliee doing so much better. And that is why...
